What kind of support do OYM tutors need from campuses? 

Learn more about the kind of support tutors need from campuses and how you'll be notified. 

OYM strives to provide high quality tutoring sessions with minimal technology issues and with an emphasis for our tutors to create instructional time that is sacred so ALL students can learn and know the joy and freedom of reading.

In order to provide high quality instruction time, tutors may request support from campuses after troubleshooting technology issues on their own or attempting to reengage the student. 

 OYM tutors are able to submit support requests and elaborate on the following: 

  • Technology Issues 
  • Student Behavior Issues 
  • Tutoring Session Feedback
  • Safety Reports 

The assigned Partner Success Manager to your district will review the form submitted and provide feedback/actionable steps to the campus between 1-2 business days.
