What do I do if a student logs in late or misses an OnYourMark session?
No action is needed for missed or late tutoring sessions—OnYourMark tracks attendance and tutors remain present for the full session.
There’s no action required if a student arrives late or misses their scheduled OYM tutoring session.
⏱️ What Happens on Our End:
- Tutors are trained to stay in the session for the full 20 minutes, even if the student arrives late.
- All attendance data is tracked daily—including tardies and absences—so there’s no need to manually report it.

If there’s a known reason for a student or group of students missing (e.g., a school-wide event, fire drill, testing, etc.), feel free to jot it down for your own reference. That way, if OnYourMark follows up on a trend, you’ll already know the cause.
