Each district is assigned an OYM Partner Success Manager. Throughout the partnership, the PSM will serve as the go-to contact for any questions or support needed with OYM.
Before the launch of tutoring sessions, PSMs will offer campuses virtual live or recorded student training options. It is up to campus leadership which option will best prepare their campus for a smooth implementation of virtual tutoring sessions.
