OYM strives to provide high quality tutoring sessions with minimal technology issues and with an emphasis for our tutors to create instructional time that is sacred so ALL students can learn and know the joy and freedom of reading.
In the OYM Feedback Support Request form, campus leaders, teachers, and tutoring facilitators will have access to submit and elaborate on the following:
- Technology Issues
- Tutoring Session Feedback
- Other
You will receive an automated response confirming we have received your support form.
The assigned Partner Success Manager to your district will review the form submitted and follow up with feedback/actionable steps within 2 business days.
