How do I login to the tutoring platform (Pearl) through Clever?
This video provides guidance on how to log students into the tutoring platform (Pearl) if your campus SSO is Clever.
If your campus uses Clever as its SSO (single sign on) access point for students to login to applications, this video will guide you on the exact process:

- Your student can sign in to Clever by manually signing in or by using the QR sign in code method. This step is controlled by your campus or district tech team.
- Once your student is signed in, click the “OnYourMark Education” icon to access the Pearl tutoring platform.
- Your student will be able to view their “Upcoming Sessions” on the Dashboard of the homepage.
- The “Join” button will be green and accessible 15 minutes before the session starts. If the student is earlier than 15 minutes for their session, they will need to wait for the “Join” button to turn green to access the session.
- The first time a student joins a tutoring session, a permission window to access the device's camera/microphone will appear. The student needs to select “Allow on every visit.”
- Once the student has joined the session, a “Tech Check” screen will appear. The student can enable their microphone/camera and test their speakers.
- If the student is unable to see or hear themselves, they can click “Devices” to double check that the correct devices are selected for the platform.
- Once the tutor has joined the session, the gray “Join” button will turn dark blue, and the student can click to join the session.
- If time allows, the student can practice using the Pearl Classroom tools.
- If the student is having any sound issues, click the “Settings” icon in the right sidebar menu and enable the “Advanced Noise Cancellation” featur
